Badge Objectives

Students will:

  1. Learn about virtual reality (VR) and other technologies that influence society through the interdependence of science, engineering, and technology as applied by scientists and engineers at NASA. (MS-ESS1-3)
  2. Explore and use a model to describe the role of gravity and orbit in our solar system. (MS-ESS1-2)
  3. Analyze and interpret data using the orbital calculation to determine orbital parameters. (MS-ESS1-3)
  4. Using VR in the given space station model, analyze the solar system for the impact of orbital changes.(MS-ESS1-1)
